This course is part of the following Program(s): Public and Private Investigations
Through active participation, students learn the academic skills, knowledge and abilities, judgment and decision-making training, and physical skills required in the use of force and proper control procedures for functioning in law and security, government enforcement, and police environments. This course meets the requirements of the Private Security and Investigative Services Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services for those wishing to become licensed as a private investigator or security guard. Note: Students must complete either INV3018 (for private investigators) or INV3019 (for security guards) before registering into this course. |
