This hands-on course takes students through the different components of the XHTML language - starting with the very basics of tags, elements, and attributes. Students learn how to create hyperlinks and lists, import graphics and create tables using XHTML, as well as format text, incorporate colours, and design the page layout using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). The differences of basic HTML and XHTML are also discussed. Note: Basic knowledge of HTML recommended, but not essential. |
