INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUES AND SURVEILLANCE

Students are introduced to the skills required of an investigator and the basic steps used during an investigation. Students gain skills to communicate effectively through report writing and the use of basic surveillance techniques, as they pertain to investigations. The basics of surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras and time-lapse video are also illustrated.
