The focus of this course is How is wine made. Students are provided a detailed examination of the wine making process from vineyard management to the glass. Included are in-depth descriptions and discussions of different techniques and their resulting impact on the finished wine. Students taste wines created using the practices discussed in class. An absolute must have course for anyone interested in becoming a polished taster or furthering their understanding of oenology. |
