DYNAMIC MEDITATION - LEVEL II
Course: HLT0181

This course expands on and reinforces the material in Dynamic Meditation, helping students to deepen their experience of meditation and to expand their awareness. The philosophy of yoga is discussed in greater depth. Students continue to practice meditation in each class, along with new and previously introduced relaxation and breathing exercises, and basic yoga postures. Discussions focus on ways to become more mindful in the moment and to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings and patterns so you can grow beyond those that limit you. Students learn to become attuned to their own and others' energy fields and chakras, and to strengthen their aura to gain greater harmony, aliveness and joy.
