DYNAMIC MEDITATION

If you sincerely want to calm your churning mind, to know yourself more deeply and to enjoy life more, this course is for you. It introduces the theory and practice of deep meditation a simple, natural process that balances your body, mind and emotions, and attunes you to your inner self. By stilling your thoughts through daily meditation you release the stresses that overshadow your true nature. The course provides a step-by-step program of meditation, relaxation, breathing exercises, and basic yoga postures that allow students to successfully practice on their own. Students also learn the technique of mindfulness of living consciously in the present moment as well as ways to develop their chakras and energy fields and to be aware of and work with thoughts, beliefs and emotions to promote inner growth and fulfillment.
