This hands-on course provides basic and beyond hardware and software troubleshooting tips and techniques to enable students to recognize and recover from operating system and other software problems, schedule preventive maintenance, and identify and resolve hardware conflicts and other peripheral problems, including printers. Students also learn how to replace and upgrade existing components, add RAM and install, configure and customize backup media products.

PreRequisites: CST6532 All theory courses successfully completed. or CST6533 All theory courses successfully completed.
