Cartooning is writing and drawing but, most of all, imagination. Learn how to take an idea from concept to completed cartoon. Find out how our minds process humour and why cartoons make us laugh and find out why, if you can draw the alphabet, you can draw cartoons. Students learn to create their own single panel and multi-panel cartoons, learn basic shading techniques, and discover ways to make their characters come alive. Students also learn the many uses for this very creative and versatile art form. Beginners are welcome to this introductory course. |
